FnOLens

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

FnOLens collects only your email address, and never your D365 data. The extension has no analytics and no tracking. It contacts a FnOLens server only to register your email when you start, and to activate a paid licence. We never sell or share your email.

Your email address

The first time you open FnOLens it asks for your email address. It is sent once, with a random ID that FnOLens created for this browser and the FnOLens version, to the FnOLens registration service. We use it to send you your licence and occasional FnOLens news, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What stays in your browser

Licence activation (Pro and Team only)

When you activate a licence key, FnOLens sends the key, the email address you enter and a random ID that FnOLens created for this browser to the FnOLens activation service, once. The service stores them to limit a key to its number of browsers (Pro: 2) and to the buyer's email. Removing the key in FnOLens frees the browser. The Free version and the trial never contact the activation service.

What FnOLens reads from D365

This website

This website counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, does not track you across sites and stores no personal data. It tells us how many people visit and which pages they read. The FnOLens extension itself has no analytics.

Read-only

FnOLens never creates, changes or deletes data in Dynamics 365.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details under its own privacy policy; FnOLens never sees them. FnOLens receives only what is needed to issue and email your licence key: your name and email address, the product and the quantity.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
